When she says thats not true she is playing with her hair and looks to the right, when someone makes something up and lies they look to the right and do hand movements. When a person is remembering something they look to the left. She is lying.

I think that she's real. And even if she's gotten surgery on her face, who cares? She's not bothering anyone. This is not hirting anyone in anyway, so I don't think it really matters.
