When I was young,I loved Eric Clapton.
Still do,actually,
But this man is a better guitar player,singer and writer.
No Question. The fact that he still has to work to make a living, means that he will eventually leave a greater body of work as well.

There's nobody that I can think of that is so accomplished on the acoustic and the electric guitar. But ultimately his lyrics are his strongest suit.
