It is really a shame but i can´t finish this diorama at the moment. I hope the youtube modelbuilder community has some suggestions how i could handle this. I´m considering almost a year now and i still haven´t found a solution that pleases me.

  • Do you prime coat your plastic figures? If so, may I ask what you use?

  • @64537333 i don´t use a primer colour for these small figures. for lager ones i use revell acrylic paint matt 43 or black paint.

  • LOL ur mad.....600 to 800 single pieces....1in 72........omg u are completly mad,lol

  • @Arcusinoz you are not the first one telling me i´m mad :)

  • I've got about 400 finished Celts in 1/72... a mix of Revell, Airfix, ESCI, and Italeri. I did some conversions as well, like heavy chariots and cavalry. I'll take some pics one of these days and post them. Quite the project... took me a while and I imagine it took you some time as well.

  • Looking very good, you shouldn't stop, just go on, I can't wait to see it finished! :)

  • @888HamilkarBarkas888 well space can be a problem, I stoped all my work waiting to rebuild top flour never mind, her we go, less space well you could do something about that by putting diorama at somebody who has more room then you grandmother or somebody at who you go and is a part of family than about new set well you don't need it you have enough figures, and about battle well you can choose what ever you want because 90 percent of people doesn't know history in details...

  • Love to see 1/72 single based. Just use some of them for the mo and build a smaller diorama possibly the romans defending a bridge from the barbarians.

  • Dude..contact a local museum. Offer to donate it to them in return for space to finish it. That way they will benefit, and you'll always be able to see it and proud its on exhibit. But do an actual battle so they would be interested in having it. I don't know where you live, but in the USA their are tons of small/big museums that would love to have it if its historically accurate and even better if it was of local historical significance. Don't give up!!

  • What you need to do is build several different diorama's to show different battles in different landscapes. It should also be historic and acturate.Hope this helps.

  • fiND job!

  • My mind @ 2:05:
