When you think of gas prices, remember this: Crude oil is formed when methane gas is compressed at 20,000 feet. We will never be out of oil despite the hype that the oil companies would like you to believe. Oil does not come from dead dinosaurs, nor does it have any organic properties. The sun drives atoms into the crush of the Earth that is then compressed and turned into crude oil. The oil companies found this out in the late 1970s, but have kept that knowledge from us to control pricing.

It that time span,there has neither been an oil refinery nor a nuclear power station built and the energy crisis has grown exponentially.
