Findings in this case: There are 2 videos in this case. The first is a bone window examination and the second is brain window examination.

Bone windows: There is opacification of numerous mastoid air cells bilaterally. On the LEFT, there is also increased attenuation material extending into the external auditory canal. There is fluid and/or soft tissue density within the middle ears bilaterally. This is more prominent on the LEFT than the RIGHT. Bony destructive changes are present on the LEFT. There is a small amount of air seen anterior to the LEFT mastoid air cells in the subdural space on the LEFT. There is no gross destructive change involving the ossicles.
Brain windows: There is an increased attenuation subdural collection along the LEFT cerebral hemisphere.

Diagnosis: Mastoiditis with subdural empyema. LEFT otitis media. Fluid density within the external auditory canal. RIGHT mastoid sinusitis and otitis.
