SICK FISH!!! HELP!!!!

PLEASE READ THE DISCRIPTION FOR A DISCRIPTION :-)
OK guys, my male platy called Perry has came down with some kind of disease. His tank is clean and no other fish are sick. He has a small white thing between his eye and mouth. He also has an odd shaped mark on the top of his head and a few other thin and small white things around his mouth. He has a tiny red spot on his lower lip. He has torn his fin but they are healing and not rotting away. He eats well however didnt eat as much this morning. He swims about and behaves normally. Anyone got any possible answer that match his symtoms and the cures? HELP!

I have this account specifically for my son and I get on it to make sure no English snobs ( no offense for England ) and any other people, report them then if it rude or undermining my and other people's authority enough you get banned from YouTube.
