I can't remember what show he was on but Michael put a piece of gum in his mouth because he said it helps keep his mouth moistened while he sings, he said he has accidently spit it out a couple of times lol I think that's what happened in this song, I think he almost lost his gum and I think he almost choked on it. Too funny but I can see how it would help. haha

I really really enjoy David on this solo but Michael puts something completely new in it. He's got soul and bringing Larnelle in at the end just makes that black gospel feel come out even more. Such an amazing song!
