You poor poor people, these people are tranna tell you that you dont have to pay your coucil tax,plus show you why you dont have to pay it and all you silly people think that these are just bums living of the state, you make me laugh if they were bums living off the state then why would they be in court for council tax???? second i work 12 hours a day 6 days a week and im sick of giving my money away for nothing, i work damn hard for my cash why should i give it away. I suggest everyone here in the USA pick up the Declaration of Independence, The US Constitution, their State Constitution, etc.

See from where, as Mankind, how Our (Inherent) Rights are endowed.

Also note how these are "Inalienable" rights.

See what the terms "Law", "Inherent", "Immutable" "Binding/Bound" "Legal" (as well as Person, Joinder, Entity, Corporation) and note the differences between the English vs Blacks Law Dict definitions.

UNITED STATES (US Code) is a Federal Corp.

Hi; the issue stems from English vs Legal (legalese) Languages. A human being, in English, is indeed a Man/Woman/Child.

Also note; Mankind's Power and Authority is derived from Natural LAW (i.e., Bible, Creator, Supreme Being).

@fishkrib im really confused with what these people are trying to achieve. I thought council tax meant someone comes and collects your rubbish. I thought council tax went to schools, hospitals and to policing. Have I missed the boat here? What happens if we stop paying, won't the whole of society break down, won't there be civil war on the streets. Please enlighten me why people are doing this?
