i remember buying this for 99 cents @ 1973, hoping it was going to be like Paul Butterfield, and i was really dissapointed....my friends all laughed when they heard the part when the guy goes- "I'm sorry"....hard to believe its got all this attention now.

MADLIB brought me here, he remixed it on the CD The Other Side: LA
-
@fleshnbone187 agreed.

@jjaywill I can't say I agree. Cypress Hill are a lot bigger than De La Soul (specially De La during 1993) and more people will recognize "When the Shit Goes Down" than "Eye Patch" or the intro to Buhloone Mindstate. With that said, both Cypress Hill and De La brought me here!

@pabloeseko what the hell is that supposed to mean? it's true that my grandfather was in this band but if you don't believe then it's your loss
-
@DAJJJTV ... man u buggin!! big up if is true thou .... touch deep in the suol since prince paul and dj muggs sampled it
-
@yohanntimban I think it has this many views because De La sampled it.
-
You guys wouldn't believe me but my grandfather was in this band and he was the co-founder of this fantastic band.
-
