http://www.debbiewilliamsassociates.co.uk/free_download.htm Overcoming dizziness or being dizzy, some things you can do to help break the pattern of expecting to be dizzy so that you can feel balanced, centred in your body .
Just like a dancer has to learn how to spin, to begin with they will find they get dizzy doing it but overtime they train themselves by 'spotting' or other techniques to help them to be more 'centred'
you can train your body to become more balanced, perhaps learning 'yoga' or tai chi or any other discipline that gives you an awareness of the body, plus strategies to train balance within it.
Debbie Williams who is a hypnotherapist and NLP Trainer from Birmingham UK takes you through a simple NLP strategy which can help in breaking the pattern of dizzyness as you 'step' outside yourself into the shoes or someone who is more balanced to teach your body how to do the same.

This is the same technique that Debbie has used to get sports people to step into their 'hero's' to learn from the 'inside' how they think, feel and move in their body so that they can fast track their own skills.
