@danblaney1 Tacoma came out in 95. below that is a pickup.and yes they did rust without toyoguard. fan boy? quit trolling an get facts. there are countless real made in Japan 94 and earlier trucks around here with toyoguard an not a speck of rust mine included. the American trucks often lacked toyoguard yea they admit it. it was an added $800 on mine

@atspencer89 you mean the tacoma which is infamous for frame rusting issues. Don't be a fanboy. The tacomas frame is a rust magnet. Toyota even admits it.

@mrlittlewhitekid21 tacomas are made in america. since late 1994. i happen to own #788 out of a few thousand of the last real made in japan toyota pickups. the toyotas you get today are from america hence why you cant get a supra here now but can in japan or a hilux. yes they have a factory in japan but you have to special order to get one from there and even then most of the parts arent even made in japan anymore.

@NOTy0urPUPPET the new frames are. my 94 is a solid welded frame all the way around. ford claimed they were the first in the 90's but thats a lie...please dont downgrade any toyota because anybody who has owned a real toyota as in 1994 and below will tell you the frames a tank just a weak motor. but all in all an early toyota up to 1994 would outlast anyone of these anyday of the week./
