The delay is because the new signaling system is not working as it should be yet. Proper testing of the line can't begin until the signaling is ready because failures could have an effect on the atlrincham line as well.

What I don't understand is why the trams are not up and running. They were due to start "Spring 2011". We are fast approaching Summer!
