@lownbrow That's kind of the point of Alinea sometimes. My best friend and I ate there two years ago for our Birthdays and during one dish we couldn't stop laughing. The meal is suppose to be fun, delicious and like nothing you've ever had before. The three hour 12 course meal that I had at Alinea will be something I will never forget.
