  • Who is the guy holding the Smallman guitar at 0: 02? ;)

  • @VasilijeGuitaR

    Daniel McKay

  • Excuse my ignorance, but does anybody know the title of the song at the very beginning?

By the way, the performance and arrangement of Asturias by Johannes is, as always, perfect.

  • @MrBikeiro it's called: Danza Brasilera

    by Jorge Morel.

It's for solo guitar but Duolisme played it as a duo.

David Russel put it on 1 of his albums too.

  • I second what arabino says. The quality of this video is remarkable. Superb playing and technique. Really beautiful. fabulous tone on the guitar, tasteful filming and incredible mic up job. You just cant do better than this for a guitar video. Shear brilliance on every possible level.

    what more can I say

  • Love this pieace! :)

  • @johngolden I cannot disagree. His 2004 rendition is far superior IMO to the 1974 version. I still like this version very much, I think I reacted to a negative comment on it. I have a fish story you might like, ping me at pendlewe@gmail.com if you will.

  • qua hay, tuyet voi

  • Greg byers guitar ?

  • @johngolden yeah, then you should be posting this comment on a John Williams video. Music is art, you don't compare art. Everyone is a different individual, their music will sound different because they lived different lives and are different people.

Anyway, very beefy shiftings he plays here from 3:15 to 3:20. Such technical difficulty for only 4 seconds of music. Such is art.

  • @oldfogiebp

John Williams does it better than anyone else, IMO.
