I was singing it wrong all these years. I was saying "Vote Goat, Para Presidente" All I remembered is TBS, the dummy, and goat election theme. I like my "vote goat" way of saying it better though, after watching this. 1:00 goes hard with the reverbed kazoo and clap,1:20 groove as well and 2:16 groove with the screaming wolf lmao. Ah ah, Bob Dole election campaign against Clinton... Dole was trying to reach the Hispanic vote that year and Rudy and Gogo lampooned with glee (hence the para presidente skit). I especially remember the "I am from the party of Lincoln speech" and R and G immediately following up with short with a Lincoln puppet and a song that said "I dont give a care" at a rhyming point where it should have rhymed with duck... Very brilliant proto-adultswim stuff going on there...

Sweet Jesus!! I saw this ONLY ONCE when they did this show and the tune has been in my head for almost 20 years!!! Sometimes I can't get it out!!!! Argggggghhh!!!
