  • hey you never know, hard work and a few breaks can pay off with anything. game design sounds like a good choice. its nice to work on something tangible as opposed to some boring office paperwork. i think its about time for some mw2 or bad company 2

  • oh shit dude, you look like a preso who knows what he's talking about and thanks for the crit. its deffinatly not taking me places but im only making beats bcause music is my life and identity and i rap alot so its just somthing to help out lol ;). im going into 3d modeling for vid games hopfully so yea... thats the dream! haha well thanks for taking the time to post 3 comments. (one big one)

  • im not sure if you meant to but some of your notes on that outro are clashing right before it gets all weird. what you have now is mostly bones which could use some little elements like layered sounds and other changes on top of it. hopefully this is all of some value to you. good luck, your young keep working at it and you never know where it might take you.

  • if i want a busier feel with more kicks. all this helps build a sense of timing. youll notice a lot of the time an important part of a sample or note or even bass playing in time with the kicks. also things usually sound better if you have more than one repeating bar of drums. i might do it on occasion but its usually either 2 or 4 bars with some differences between a few of the bars. it could use some sort of transition at 1:10 like a pause with a sound effect tho that change is the same patern

  • its not bad considering its your second but it could use some work. the drums are the same pattern for your kicks n snares, the drum sounds could be better. if you look at your piano roll or or step sequencer youll notice each bar is split up into four beats. the 1,2,3,4. Kicks are usually on the 1 and 3 with snares/claps on the 2 and 4. now that can be reversed or thrown out all together as its not a rule but it is a starting point. much of the time ill have kicks starting off in the 2 n nd n 3

  • its good i got it

  • nice my firend told me to look at this and he was right it is cool
