I don't know, Hank. I am approximately twice your age, and I just had an identical zit (size-wise) in the exact same spot, by the corner of my mouth. I think it was an ingrown whisker. So... apparently they never stop invading your face. Ever. Worry about something worthwhile, if you really must.

I actually own an antique toy that I can almost guarantee is scarier than anything there.
It's half-porcelain, half-fabric, but about half of the porcelain is missing because the fabric part disintegrated in various places, so it's missing an arm and a leg. It has a key on the back to wind it up to make it play music, but the music box part of it has also decayed, so it plays at a rate of about one (very off-key) note every three seconds.
And on top of all of that, it's a clown.
