It is actually "thee Zion" ("thee" as in "thee" and "thou", meaning "you"). Zion being another word for the homeland of the people of Israel, the words are (roughly) from Psalm 137 (or 136 in certain translation traditions that number them differently) and express longing for that lost home after being conquered and exiled into faraway Babylon.
