Join us for Melisa & Kaye's Memorial 5K Walk and Fun Run on March 31, 2012 (http://sdhospice.kintera.org/faf/home/default.asp?ievent=490014). The annual Walk/Fun Run is considered the most successful "first-time" event of its kind, for a non-profit organization in the area. Proceeds benefit San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine (http://www.sdhospice.org/walk). What was so inspiring about this event was the incredible turnout - even with the impending storm approaching - everyone coming together to remember loved ones and support San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine. Gives me goosebumps just thinking about it!
