CINCINNATI (Liz Bonis) -- If you want to do one thing this new year for your health you may want to start your day with cereal.We stopped out with the Bigham family Monday to tell you more about this report. Researchers compared five groups of people and found you need a certain level of vitamin B-12 in your body to keep your memory strong over time. One of the best ways to get that is to have cereal for breakfast each day. Most of us eat the same nine foods and the same breakfast every day. So getting cereal early in the day may be a way to get this nutrient into your body on a regular basis. Now one catch, they spray on the nutrients on the cereal so you have to drink the milk to get it all.
