Gregg Braden combines his discoveries with the best science of today, his original research crosses the traditional boundaries of science, history and religion.

Fractal Time explains his method of using events in the past to predict similar conditions in the future. The universe is not random, but operates in recognizable patterns.

With the mystical December 21, 2012 date looming ever closer, Braden explains the Mayan calendar and that this upcoming date is merely the end of a cycle which is 5,125 years long.

  • For Maya time is a never-ending series of cycles that are repeated continuously until the end of a Long Count (2012).Smaller cycles within larger cycles.Time is like any other fractal patterns in nature: e.g. the leaves of a plant that grow according to Fibonacci's sequence, the electrons revolve around the atom or planets around the sun in the solar system according a fractal universal scheme, etc. the key is in the future past and foreseeing the future on the basis of such scheme is possible

  • His arguments are relevant as usual!! Thank you Gregg, I hope to see him in Milan (Italy)once again, because unfortunately I could not partecipate in the Conference entitled "The Fractal Time" held in Brescia (Italy) some months ago...I'm still waiting to see my previous comment regarding the Time Code and other...

  • Terrance McKenna -- in a nutshell, his theory was that we are evolving exponentially as we reach 2012. Like we are forced to learn and evolve more quickly, and then more quickly, and faster and faster until 2012 (or therabouts) brings on a moment of being interconnected with all things and all people. We definitely are in a time here that is like no other. For more info on this and what the future may hold, please check my blog 2012vision.blogspot.com

  • @ariawesome He clarified that later. Albeit not very well, but still, he did. What gets me, is his combining of science and religion. By fractals, are you referring to the timewave zero theory by Terence McKenna?

  • The solar system doesn't work AT ALL the same way an atom does. The atomic model he's referencing - the Bohr model - which shows electrons orbiting the nucleus - is innacurate and has been outdated for half a century. And none of these things are even remotely related to fractals.

  • Intriguing stuff

  • this guy is awesome

  • Braden ist doch auch Musiker oder?
