@danieldeibler - actually, being the only hardcore flight buff in the band, and being near one of only two portholes, i was probably the only one who saw the flight deck roll past us! some of the passengers even closed their eyes! as for the "thumbs down" - never underestimate the idiocy on the internet! although, there is another explanation. maybe that came from a navy pilot, who would view this as a mistake. our pilots got ribbed for days about this. i was thankful; we got to land twice!
