I was a runner until I broke my neck in 1973 and became a quadriplegic, paralyzed from the neck down. Now I have friends push me in my wheelchair in races. You really do have dreams where you are running. Thanks for the video!

Wow, this was amazing, truly amazing. For anyone who isn't a runner, this is the best way to understand why we are the way we are.
I am a senior and high school and this even helps me understand myself a little more. Everything makes complete sense the way he explained it. All i have to say is BRAVO!!!
