One of the big deciding factors on whether or not these methods will work is up to one's own willingness to change. That is why they chose a boring voice to narrate the book. If one were really committed to being successful and changing, then one would endure the boring voice.

Hahahaha.. This voice is anything but motivating.. Good information, but he freakin sounds like he got jabbed in the neck with a tranquilizer. Poor choice for the audiobook..
