When you find yourself standing around, killing time (waiting in line at the store, hanging out at the playground while your kids play), or if you get to class early, you can still practice judo with a few little, solo foot drills. This is a drill meant to help reinforce the foot movements necessary for setting up kouchi gari and ouchi gari in both retreating and advancing forms.
