Hello there! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of stubborn fat.
@byjer24 That has to be the worst reason to discount a video/workout/teacher. You also must have never seen Pavel Tsatsouline who essentially brought it to the US. Pavel is wiry.
If you go any slower you will put on weight and knowone wants to here someone who just learned something try teach it. Thoses that can do, those that cant teach. Until you post a video snatching 24 kg for 200 reps in 10 minutes you should shut up.

That first one was way to complicated for the avg person haha .. we are lazy! More efficient ways of accomplishing the same thing without the complications :P
This video would be a lot better if you did the reps you talk about in the video. You say "do ten swings" then you do three. WTH man. Or five windmills then you do two.
