This song by Lou should be the New Year kickoff song replacing the eternal Auld Lang Syne. Nothing against Auld Lang Syne but this song says it all and captures the essence of starting anew so beautifully!

A bunch of us old farts sit in front of our surf club daily, winter and summer and solve the worlds problems . We sit beside the only walkway to the beach and admire the "eye candy " . We call ourselves the "chick magnets " , we do occasionally get the odd smile , one can only live in hope ....Copacabana , Australia .

With this song the best place to dance in the Buenos Aires of the seventies, (Snob) closed its day every morning around 6 o¨Clock. turning slowly the lights on, it was time to go (home or some place else, depending on who you where with!!) Great memories, thank you
