well 0:07 is not seems like the dog is just "playing around" ...hmm i would teach that doggy how to play, just like i did it to my dog. Now, he knows how to play without that agressivity, that he showed in the beginnings.

ok well if u saw a person letting 2 dogs play and they were playfighting would you call the cops then DOGS AND CATS CAN GET ALONG just cause cause theyre fighting doesnt mean theyre trying to hurt each other
