@epicbeautyguide Okey, thanks anyway. :) Well, it's not really acne, I don't know what it is actually, it's like red litte dots on some places in my face, and it doesn't look good at all... :P

@AmeliaHeartsMusicL Hi Amelia, thank you, I'm so glad. :) Regarding your skin, I don't have much time for 1-on-1, so definitely check out my website (Epic Beauty Guide dot com). There are tons of free articles on there for eliminating acne. Hope that helps!

I know that your moto is all about natural stuff and all, but I was wondering what do you think of medication to treat severe acne? like birth-control or accutane?
JexxyT 1 year ago
@JexxyT Hi Jexxy, I just saw your comment and thought I would mention that I do not think medication is good for your body to treat acne. Oftentimes, acne (even severe) can be treated with a consistently excellent diet, skin care, and activity (exercise) program. Acne is a skin disorder caused by an imbalance in the body, usually a result of inflammation which is a result of poor eating habits, stress, no exercise, etc. Even hormonal imbalances can (and often do) stem from this.
