Bits&Pieces#1:Singing Cook

Bits & Pieces - are some kind of odd souvenirs, I´m bringing from my journeys around the world and I which want to share with you.

In #1 - I want to introduce you to Pasquale Carpino (allready the Name sounds like melody) an Italian from origin, who became a Chef in Toronto, Canada, and who became famous through his cooking television shows in the 70ies & 80ies.

The reruns on PBS caught my attention and just by watching him cooking, hearing his thick italian accent and of course his powerfull voice singing opera, chef Pasquale always entertains me when I cannot close an eye late at night.
