  • I PLAY FRENCH HORN AND IT IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

  • if you want to learn about playing and how to play look up the barry tuckwell lesson videos not expert village

  • @atthegates1111 what's so funny?

  • please number your videos, it is confusing not to have a sequence to follow..

  • @Nielsenesque: Also it seems that you are commenting just to debate the topic or feel knowledgeable. I am trying to help prospective horn players to understand a better approach to horn playing. You can post a rebuttal if you wish, but know that I am done on this subject. You can teach however you want to if you do teach, and I will teach the way I teach.

  • @Nielsenesque : Congratulations for playing Horn for over 20 years. I have been a Horn player for 16, 17 years. So really I believe that I do have experience in the subject myself. With that being said my approach is what I previously stated in my first comment. Most of the work when playing horn is proper use of air. Essentially the embouchure does not change very much. By saying tightening and loosening the lips, you open up the door for quicker fatigue and other issues n the student.

  • @Redcorn84 Actually, it's both. Every note requires the correct lip setting AND the right stream of air. I've been playing the French horn over 20 years.

  • please stop teaching !!!
