  • Went to a mine site in Franklin NC area. We did well. Worked a lot of 5 gal buckets but my wife and I came away with some really nice rubies and black sapphires. Weighed one at 130ct and another at 50cts. Had one the would go over 250cts. Either we Want to go back. $30 dollars for day and all the 5gal buckets you can work. Have to fill and haul them youself.

  • apparentlly, you've never been to maine mr. rcmoot, i'v made thousands of dollars just taking my dog out for a walk on the mountings, the gold and jems here are beyound amazment!! just a little cold thats all, but you can handle that,

  • went to one mine area. 10$ a bucket. dig in their pile,for what? your lucky to get a fragment for 10$.most are tourist traps.
