Why is dexters voice so bad what happend

@dijaal321 where his voice went all funny, there is a very high note that he put in that song and that can sometimes fuck up a persons voice, or he may have just been very nervous, i sing for my band and i know that when i first started singing lead to crowds, i was nervous, now im ok, The Offspring hav been doing this a long time, it may just b because Woodstock is a VERY big crowd

Sometimes he dosnt play guitar cause he has to cocentrate more on the singing, or it's a simple song that really only needs 1 guitar. Dexter plays Rythm guitar whereas Noodles plays Lead.

@baccy81 i dont think they have a lot of "tricks", i think they are feeling,more relaxed in studio and that's why he sing a lot better, and this show is big, so he was nervous...

I saw an Offspring show long time ago when Americana went out and he often fucked up the high pitch parts

I think that the Offspring use a lot of "tricks" in studio recording and that then can not perform live at the same level

Some vocals are nearly impossible unless you squeeze your balls with a nutcracker
