Thank you, these words so had to be said and I hope really stick to those who heard it. Unfortunately, I think some of the reasons why "good and bad trannie" labeling happens in the first place with our own community is because that's the way systematic oppression likes to work. One of the great mechanics of oppression is that it provides you with tools with which to oppress yourself. But obviously we won't get anywhere unless we stop creating boundaries and weapons against who we call our own.

The first rainbow bumper sticker I ever put on my car made me a really good driver. Not that that's a bad thing, but I don't worry about letting every driver into my lane that looks like he wants to anymore or turning the corner just perfectly cause if Lilly Tomlin was in the car behind me she'd still curse me for cutting her off. And the asshole bigot tail gating my ass doesn't need -and never had- a reason to hate me.
