Er, no, as the inflated penny is worth less and less.

Sure, we could inflate our way out of debt, by making the debts a tiny part of the overall sea of money, but by then, you're shopping at the grocery with a wheelbarrow for the cash.

Well yea, but that's because the fed is filling the market with money.

I don't know why we're complaining about all these economic mistakes because we can simply attribute them to federal reserve actions that inflate our money supply.

The feds not going anywhere, anytime soon, so theres not much that we can do about it.

It's called inflation and population increases.

But what you forget to factor in is wage increases due to inflation as well.

So basically your graph's penny just gets larger in essense, keeping everything about constant.
