This was my favorite level in the N64 Mission Impossible game! Here I play the main theme and the waltz that the piano player plays when the guy comes down the stairs. Hard level! It is composed by Mike Pummel.

  • I really enjoyed your performance of this. I'm the composer who wrote this for the game and it's always a thrill to hear a fresh interpretation. This piece was composed on the way to work one morning, when I arrived, it took about 20 minutes to enter the "score". I had no idea it would have such a long life. You can hear some of the other selections from this game at radiopummell. Thanks for posting your performance, it made me very happy to hear this.

  • @MrMpummell Thanks! This is my favorite track from the game!

  • Not only is it brilliantly played, it's just awesome you'd even think of doing this amazing theme to begin with. 5 stars!

  • @Byznovat1 thanks!

  • My favorite song from the game!

    Beautifully done!

  • Thanks!

  • I loved hearing the pianist play this.. before I shot him.. lol

  • I'm surprised this has this many views not because you're not talented. You totally are. But this is such an obscure title and even more obscure song to cover on piano. Wait.... is this an actual song though?

  • Nicely done!

  • Awesome. WIsh i knew how to play this.

  • very good!

  • Can you take video from above? I'd love to watch and be able to play this!

  • @PuppetPerformance I can't say that this piece had any influence at all. The Rach Prelude 5 is a lot harder to play than what I came up with, I was shooting for a Russian folk feel (no pun intended) rather than a piano virtuoso catalogue piece.

  • @MrMpummell Feel like a geek for asking but was Rachmaninov's Prelude Op. 23 No.5 inspiration in anyway? I just remember my dad playing classical stuff in the car when I was a kid and then Mission Impossible came out and every time I hear the embassy track it reminded me of a piece in the car. Even if not thats cool.. Great memories!

  • Loved this. I played this game a lot but this might not be my personal favourite in the game. Then again, my point of view is that of a simple gamer and not a composer so I can't comprehend the pleasure you get from playing it ;).

  • nice very well done
