they need to buy records...they need to feel they're real fans...not like...havin the all discophragy of some artist on pc and then go to his concert...thats not the real fan or listener in my opinion..if you like them, support them not by only going to their concerts but also buy some cds....it may sound bit cliche but thats truth...records sales are dead.

And for you to get your song playin on the radio as an independent artist you got pay BIG amount of money to them for each play...so really, does the quality of music mathers?..what it mathers is the big record companies that got money to do it so, how come the hundreds of unknwon talented artists all over the world can spread their music, the answer is simple, they just cant.

I'm sorry but MMMBop sucks, speaking of bad music. And I was a huge, huge, huge Hanson fan, 9 years old, 1997... I remember it all, I bought everything, I still respect them but he cannot lecture everyone else about crappy music because they've done some blah stuff themselves.

if you really listen to what he's saying, he's not talking about crappy music. he's talking about the fact that people don't get involved with music anymore. people don't request songs on the radio, people don't go to concerts. music is meant to be shared, but if people don't request songs on the radio, then the songs we listen to on the radio get chosen for us by record execs who are just looking to make money. and that's not right.
