Is your cookbook vegan/vegetarian? I'd like to buy it but wouldn't want to pick up something that I couldn't use. (dumb question probably because everything i've seen you do so far is veggie)

I was not looking for this but I think its awesome! Whata delicious looking lunch! I am trying to eat healthier so this is aperfect summer lunch or dinner. I am STARVING! and I am learning to lvoe chard!

OMG! I think I just died and went to hang with Angels! And thanks for the blanching tip. I do that quick with brocolli to eat raw. The chard and kale, never thought of doing this, or making wraps with them? What I have been missing???? I'm hungry. :(

looks very tasty! but what are the calories/fat/fiber per serving?

We have to dig our notes for that. The beauty of this recipe though is that you can control how much nut butter you want to use in your individual wrap if you count your fats. The same goes for fiber - put as little or as much veggies as you desire!

the oxalic acid in vegetables is broken down in cooking and doesn't interfere with the absorption of calcium present in other foods; besides, chard has so much to offer nutritionally!
