It amazes me how many years that boogie woogie was really popular; from 1938 (when the Tommy Dorsey swing orchestra cover of "Pinetop's Boogie Woogie" was first a hit) all the way up into the late 1950s. And even beyond, to a lesser degree. And all over the world, too.
