Vintage Synths Vol 1 - ARP Odyssey
German synth historian Matthias Becker produced a CD series back in 1990 with tracks made with one synth only. The CDs were named "Synthesizers Von Gestern Vol 1/2/3". This track was composed together with Klaus Stülen at Originalton West Studio / Köln.

How in the world can the Odyssey be the most underrated synth when it is one of the most highly appreciated synths there ever was? I've never seen anything but wildly enthusiastic tests and comments.

  • Excellent. Bass ala sailor, noises ala seventh wave scifi

  • Nice demo, maybe the best I've heard to show the musical side of the Oddy.

  • @TheZentradi: I have all three CDs. You can still get them at Originalton West or Amazon. Are you still looking for it?
