The rock cliffs at Joggins, Nova Scotia, are a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dating back some 300 million years, they contain splendid fossils of plants, tree ferns, insects, amphibians, and Hylonomus lyelli, the oldest dinosaur known on earth. They are also striking beautiful - a place where the sea and sky, and rock come together, create striking visual compositions.
