Wow, Kikyo's life was such a sad tragic story, and even more tragic how her and Inuyasha split apart and how they were forced against each other by Naraku. If you watch this show from begin to end you really begin to understand everything and to feel sorry for Kikyo, and not to mention totally fall in love with the show. Inuyasha is my favourite show and the best fucking anime ever!!!!

Kikyo was such a sad character of all, she couldn't live a normal life when she was still alive. Her soul came back to the living world, knowing that one day she would die again, to revenge Naraku and help others, just to be hated by those who she was trying to protect, and see Inuyasha with her own reincarnation. She went through so much suffering and pain; even her only love would not be there to protect her. But yet nobody really understands Kikyo's true heart except Inuyasha.

The name is of the song "Sotsugyou". It's played at the time Inuyasha found Kikyo's hairband near the river of miasma and saw a soul collector drown.
