  • those are antena cbles ,not power

  • @MrTrance4fun I know, that's why I put an annotation @1:53 to correct that.

  • is the processor removable because i have a 1.6ghz pentium m/centrino that i would like to put in my tc1100

  • @TheCatMilton I am not certain, but I think that the cpu is soldered to the motherboard, and if you wanted to upgrade the cpu you would have to replace the motherboard/cpu combo. Although, I am not sure, so I may be wrong.

  • Do this tablet works with fingers like ipad?

    Thanks

  • @r3v0w4r3 No.

  • So that's why I lost the hotswap feature... I remember that feature working for just a very short time, probably because after a short time I upgraded my RAM. Does anyone know why this happens? I have 1.5GB of RAM. I didn't know you could upgrade to 2GB. Another question: what memory module would I need and where's the cheapest/best source? Thanks for this video and all the useful comments.

  • Hi thanks for making this vid. I used it to change my hard drive. My TC1100 is now giving me a problem where it shows me garbled screen while booting. I found out that it is some solder problem where it connects with the screen which affects the video. can you please through more light on this? i'd really appreciate it!

  • One question: which one is stronger better and faster ( in browsing and gaming) i know tablets arent really suitable for gaming,.

I hope you will respond soon,

  • @r3v0w4r3 but it was made in the year 2003 and it can still run programs that the ipad would not run.

  • Thank you! So easy, awesome!

  • @TheCatMilton Make sure its an ultra low voltage cpu with a fsb of 400 mhz and that you have updated bios before you do it because you could ultimately Phark up your system.

  • Thank you so much for making this, it was incredibly helpful.
