With all the talk from Al Gore about global warming, it seemed important to find out more scientific information rather than looking at charts and graphs.
After doing a lot of research, this short video came to light and explains a lot more about why we see such radical changes in weather patters today.

From the research that I have uncovered, the HAARP program was originally intended to be used as geological survey and the side effects were uncovered that have many devastating things. Of course the military picked up on this and our weather patterns have been ever changing since. Now we have extreme cold and heat like never before in history and this is being falsely blamed on global warming AKA Al Gore's documentary

Nikola Tesla's name is listed as a tag for the video because he invented this technology in the early 1900's. His work was confiscated and deemed classified when he died, and later released to his family. The US has been working on Tesla's concepts for a long time - Star Wars, laser weapons, wireless electricity (which MIT just rediscover recently), anti-gravity aircraft (Area 51), HAARP... The list goes on and on. My point is that you should not believe that we just stumbled across this. HAARP

why save environment when a few are destroying it with some science weapons. The effects of haarp seem to be more dangerous then CFC, CO2 .... emissions.
