It would be interesting to know if the money that is donated actually makes it to the children.
How can you ensure that visitors and volunteers have good intentions? These children are very vulnerable and ought not be entertaining guests in order to generate revenue...

Whatever world you live in globalnomadmum is certainly a privileged one.
You will never know how much money makes it to the needy through such organisations as this.
You can never ensure that visitors and volunteers are not pedophiles, etc. Westerners in Asia can be sick.
I think that the children here are not so much entertaining guests in order to generate revenue, but rather learning the value of self-reliance in a not so privileged world.
