Sounds an awful lot like the intro to Thrash Under Pressure by Exodus.

It's not Psychopathy Red -- or any other song -- backward. It's made like most metal where a single guitar plays, then joined by a 2nd guitar, then the drums pick up the urgency. It's a typical intro going into the main part of the song.
