This is the actual DVD I have. Please watch all 10 videos before trying this yourself and BE CAREFUL. TOOLS ARE DANGEROUS. WARNING WARNING DO AT YOUR OWN RISK:-) We use pine for our blades but there are better woods available. If you use Pine, seal with a water sealer then apply a clear gloss enamel spray. This basically waterproofs the blade.

Yes, it produces about 100 watts in stronger wind. I had to go to the beach to get 10MPH. We have wind breaks at our house from trees.
