This Pokémon event was released at the Bimbo & Family - Fair of Galatina on May 16th and 17th 2009, the Museum of Science and Technology of Milan in Italy on June 13th 2009 and the Bioparco di Roma on June 27th 2009 for Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Versions. This Shaymin unlocks the Gracidea in Pokémon Platinum. Even though the Pokémon was distributed starting from May 16th 2009, its ID is 04019.

Actually, it's on Win DS Pro. Under NO$GBA there is an app that has 3 characters that I cannot remember now.

Its a ROM, emulated on the PC, recorded with some sort of a screen recorder (hypercam possibly), then edited onto the immobile DS picture.

The Italian language Shaymin was the last one missing, so we're pretty much done with the Shaymins in Europe.
