  • What you say is so true. It took me a while to figure out why JPGs I sent to the lab looked washed out and dull. I was sending JPGs shot in an Adobe color space but the lab printer was expecting sRGB. Just set your camera to sRGB and you will be fine--it sounds counter-intuitive because people think a bigger color space (Adobe RGB) is better. Not when you get bad results from the lab. Most labs expect prints in sRGB.
