Read the full story at www.timesreview.com. Despite the heat and humidity on the North Fork of Long Island, New York on Saturday, Aug. 15, dozens of cyclists participating in "Bike What's Left" hit rural roads and enjoyed lush views of farms and vineyards. Beginning and ending at the Mattituck train station with a water break at Wickham's Fruit Farm in Cutchogue, the leisurely 10-mile tour was organized by Southold-based North Fork Environmental Council to raise awareness to alternative forms of transportation.
